Can I request extractions?
Yes. Tell Jenna that congestion is one of your concerns. She will determine whether and where extractions are appropriate after examining your skin.
What should I tell Jenna before my appointment?
Tell Jenna about active irritation, sunburn, rash, infection, cold sores, open skin, known product allergies, pregnancy or nursing, prescription medications, and recent waxing, injections, peels, lasers, or other skin procedures. The facial may need to be modified or postponed.
Should I expect downtime?
Clinical Facials generally do not require planned downtime. Temporary redness, sensitivity, mild tenderness, or irritation can occur, particularly after exfoliation or extractions. Jenna will review aftercare based on the steps performed and your skin’s response.
How often should I schedule a facial?
