Dermatologist
Dr. Allison Weiffenbach
Dr. Allison Weiffenbach is a board-certified dermatologist with a strong academic and clinical background. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Boston College, followed by her medical degree from New York Medical College. Dr. Weiffenbach completed her internship and dermatology residency at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, where she also served as a Faculty Attending.
She is an active member of the Women’s Dermatologic Society, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Academy of Dermatology.
Director of Practice Operations
Emily Marlar
Emily joined Cortina Dermatology Group in 2024 as the Director of Practice Operations. She is a seasoned dermatology administrator with over eight years of experience managing a high-volume dermatology practice, specializing in enhanced patient experience, staff engagement, and billing and industry compliance. Emily received her bachelor’s from Western Governors University.
During her downtime, Emily enjoys watching Bravo and the Tennessee Vols, spending time with her feisty dog, Aerial and going to Orangetheory. Go Vols!

Kelsie Powell
Kelsie moved to Nashville in 2012 to attend aesthetics school, and has been deeply immersed in the skincare world ever since. With experience across retail, medical, holistic aesthetics. In a clinical dermatology setting, she specializes in treating skin dysfunctions by combining evidence-based treatments with a gentle, supportive touch. her goal is to complement medical care with customized facials that are both results-driven and restorative. Helping each patient feel confident and cared for at every step.
When she's not in the treatment room, you’ll find her hanging out with her sweet dog Lola, baking sourdough bread, spending time with friends, or soaking up the sun near any body of water.

Quionna McGee
Quionna (Q) is a LPN, Surgical Technologist, and Certified Medical Assistant with a passion for precision and patient care. She is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), and brings a diverse clinical skill set and a calm, confident presence to every procedure room. Whether she assisting in surgery, supporting recovery, or coordinating care, she believes in staying sharp, compassionate, and a step ahead—both for her team and her patients.
She thrives in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly under pressure, and always keep a sense of humor close at hand (it pairs well with scrubs). Ready to bring dedication, efficiency, and a touch of Southern charm to your healthcare team.
